Imagine having a marketing team that actually does what they say

Any agency that promises you a revenue number is promising something they don’t control.

So we guarantee the part that’s actually ours: what we do, when we do it, and what it costs you when we’re late. In writing, with money attached.

How it works — start to finish

Four promises. Every one of them is something we control.

Step 1

Get it in writing

You get the actual guarantee document — definitions, deadlines, credits, and what we need from you. Read it before you talk to anybody here.

TAKES 2 MINUTES

Step 2

We build a scoreboard

Within five business days you get a written tracking plan: every way a lead can reach you, what’s currently measurable, and what isn’t. Everything on that plan that’s in our control is live within 30 days — or month one is free.

FIRST 30 DAYS

Step 3

You stop chasin

A written update every two weeks, on a named day, whether the news is good or not. Anything material — spend shifts, cost drift, broken tracking, account issues — reaches you within one business day whether you asked or not.

EVERY TWO WEEKS

Step 4

An outsider checks our work

At month three and every year after, an independent firm audits our account at our expense. You get their report exactly as they sent it to us. Our response comes as a separate document.

MONTH 3, THEN ANNUALLY

The Guarantee

Four promises you can hold us to.

Not just outcomes we hope for. Commitments we control — each with a deadline and a cost when we miss.

Promise one

Days
0

A working scoreboard, or month one is free

Call tracking, form tracking, and lead outcomes connected back to your ad accounts — one place where you can see every lead with a source attached. Live within 30 days of getting access, or you don’t pay for the first month. The clock only pauses on days we’re waiting on you, and we log it in writing the day it happens.

Promise two

Business Day
1

You are never the last to know

A written update lands every two weeks on a named day, news or no news. And anything that changes the picture — cost per lead drifting past an agreed threshold, tracking breaking, spend pacing off, a landing page down — reaches you within one business day of us seeing it. If you ever have to ask us for a status update, that’s a miss and it gets logged as one.

Promise three

Credit Per Miss
10 %

We report our own misses before you find them

Every two weeks you get a commitment log: everything we said we’d do, marked kept, moved with a reason, or missed. Each time we miss this log is a 10% credit on that month’s fee, up to half. We flag them and apply them — you never have to notice, argue, or ask.

And nothing holding you here

No annual contract, no termination fee, no notice period beyond the current month. The only thing keeping you is the work. If an agency needs a contract to hold onto you, that tells you what the work is worth.

Full definitions — what counts as a miss, how credits are calculated, how the clock pauses, and what we need from you — are in the guarantee document.

Who Qualifies

Four boxes to check.

Why Us

The people doing the work

Dillon William Hill

Dillon has spent his career pairing marketing with big, big-hearted ideas. At the age of 17, he founded Gamers Gift, a nonprofit bringing virtual reality to kids in the hospital, and co-created the viral One List One Life campaign, which reached more than 500 million views. He later co-launched Lemons for Leukemia, a challenge that helped set a record for bone-marrow donor sign-ups.

Dillon has 3 World Records under his belt.

Ambitious work only earns trust when someone is keeping score honestly. That’s why we put our deadlines, our misses, and our credits in a document you keep — the part most agencies would rather you never see.

Yamin Elshaer

Yamin has spent his career helping ambitious ideas grow through marketing, strategy, finance, and smart execution. He studied economics at the University of Michigan before earning his MBA from UC Davis, where he focused not only on marketing, but also on finance, business strategy, and data-driven decision-making. While there, he was part of a team that won the $30,000 Small Business Award at the Big Bang Business Competition.

A promise you can’t measure isn’t a promise. Yamin built the reporting behind this guarantee so that every commitment we make has a date attached, a definition, and a number that either happened or didn’t.

Good Questions

Before you request it

What exactly are you guaranteeing?

Four things. A working scoreboard within 30 days or month one is free. A written update every two weeks, on a named day. Notice of anything material within one business day, whether you asked or not. And an independent audit of our work, at our expense, at month three and every year after. Every one of those is inside our control, which is the only kind of promise worth making.

Why won't you guarantee results like other agencies do?

Because we don’t control them. We don’t set your prices, we don’t run your sales calls, and we can’t make your team follow up on a lead at 4:45 on a Friday. An agency promising you a revenue number is either misunderstanding its own role or counting on you not reading the fine print. Ask anyone who guarantees results to show you the clause that pays out. It’s usually narrower than the headline.

What counts as a miss?

Exactly two things. A scheduled update that doesn’t arrive by end of the promised day. Or a dated deliverable that slips without written notice before the date.

What happens when you miss?

It goes in the commitment log we send you every two weeks, and 10% of that month’s fee comes off, up to 50%. We find it, we write it down, and we apply the credit. You don’t have to catch it or bring it up.

Doesn't reporting your own misses make you look bad?

Sometimes. It also makes every entry marked “kept” mean something, which a page of pure good news never does. After a year, the aggregate is the most useful thing we can show a prospective client — and no agency can produce it without having kept the log all along.

Who does the third-party audit, and can I trust it?

An independent firm or freelancer, so they have nothing to gain from grading us either way.

What if the audit finds you wasted my money?

Then we credit it, or we give you a written remediation plan with dates that goes straight into the commitment log like any other promise. An audit with no consequence attached is theater, and we’d rather not pay for theater.

Is there a contract?

3-Months to start, then month-to-month. No annual term, no termination fee, no notice period beyond the current month. Cancel whenever the work stops being worth it.

What do you need from me?

Admin access to your ad accounts, one decision-maker, and a reply within two business days when we need one. That last one matters: our deadlines depend on it, so the clock pauses on days we’re waiting on you — and we log that the day it starts, not after the fact.

What does it cost?

Most engagements run $3,000–$8,000 a month depending on scope and ad spend. The guarantee doesn’t cost extra and it isn’t a premium tier. It’s how we work with everybody.
